These Terms of Service govern your use of WasteTires.com and services offered through the WasteTires.com platform. WasteTires.com is operated by Waste Energy Corp. By accessing the website, creating an account, scheduling an appointment or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Waste Tire Disposal Services
WasteTires.com allows customers to obtain pricing information, schedule waste tire deliveries, maintain transaction records and purchase waste tire disposal services at participating facilities.
The initial participating facility is the Waste Energy facility serving the Midland, Texas area.
Acceptance of tires is subject to applicable laws, regulations, facility requirements, available capacity and inspection at the time of delivery.
2. Customer Information
Customers agree to provide accurate and current company, contact, tire quantity and payment information.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on WasteTires.com are based on the tire type and quantity entered by the customer.
Quoted amounts may be considered estimates until the tires are received and verified by the facility.
If the actual tire type, size, quantity, condition or other relevant characteristics differ from the information submitted during booking, the final charge may be adjusted accordingly.
Current pricing applies to new transactions. Changes to future pricing do not alter completed transactions.
4. Appointments
All deliveries must be made during an approved appointment unless otherwise authorized by the facility.
Customers should arrive within their scheduled appointment window.
Waste Energy may reschedule or cancel appointments because of operational conditions, facility capacity, weather, safety concerns, equipment issues or other circumstances.
Customers who cannot attend a scheduled appointment should cancel or reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Tire Acceptance
Waste Energy reserves the right to inspect all loads before acceptance.
The facility may reject tires or other materials that do not comply with applicable laws, permits, facility policies or the information provided during booking.
WasteTires.com does not guarantee acceptance of materials that were incorrectly described by the customer.
6. Prohibited Materials
Customers may not knowingly include hazardous materials, chemicals, medical waste, batteries, liquids, prohibited waste or other unauthorized materials with a tire delivery.
Only materials accepted by the facility may be delivered.
7. Payments
Where online payment is available, payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe.
WasteTires.com and Waste Energy do not store complete credit card numbers or card security codes.
Customers authorize applicable charges for services ordered through their accounts, including reasonable adjustments resulting from verified differences in tire quantities or categories.
8. Saved Payment Methods
Customers may elect to securely save payment methods through the applicable third-party payment processor.
Saved payment information is managed by the payment processor and is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
9. Transaction Records
WasteTires.com may provide electronic receipts, disposal records, appointment histories and other transaction information for customer convenience.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining any records required by applicable law or regulation.
